Making money for an inherited house has never been something that I planned to do, but it just kind of happened recently.
Back when some friends of ours passed away, my great friend and I found out that they had left their home in Jacksonville FL to us. This was something that was totally unexpected for us. Of course, my great friend and I were genuinely aggravated that they passed away unexpectedly, but my great friend and I were also shocked in addition to amazed that they had left their house to us. We have an inherited house that my great friend and I don’t absolutely know what to do with. Of course, my great friend and I thought about selling the condo for money, but my great friend and I did not absolutely feel great about doing that so my great friend and I rented it out for a little while, however finally, my great friend and I decided that my great friend and I were just not cut out to be rental proprietors. We were basically over it in addition to now I am sick of being a landlord at this point. Before my great friend and I start to have rental house issues, we’re going to sell the locale for money. I want to find a real estate brokerage firm in Jacksonville to help us sell the inherited condo for money. I am gonna feel so much better about everything once my great friend and I finally get rid of it. I mean it’s not just about the money either. We would absolutely like to get through this part of our lives because it has just been genuinely bizarre in addition to sad times for us, that’s for sure.
