I have lived in a house that was too big for me for years. I think I had grand ideas of meeting the one and having a giant family. I lived in a place that had five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The place needed two HVAC systems to keep the area cool. It was awful. So I decided that I needed to sell it. The real estate agent wanted me to sink a bunch of money into the place. She wanted me to make it more airtight and get one, giant HVAC device. I also needed to do a bunch of plumbing work and electrical stuff to pass code. Nope. I wanted to be done with that place. I had already wasted my money buying it in the first place. Why would I sink any more money than I needed to? So I made the choice to look at cash for home deals online. I found a Florida cash buyer that takes real estate off your hands for a fair price. It was worth it to not be in such a big house anymore. I am glad to be in a smaller home.
