I have lived in a household that was too big for me for years.
I know I had grand ideas of meeting the one and having a giant family.
I lived in a place that had five home offices and three powder rooms. There was a gym, giant residing room, living room, den, and an linked porch area. It was large and luxurious. I lived by myself though. Half of the rooms were only used when I cleaned them. It was a pain in the butt keeping up with all the service too. The sod was giant, the shrubs got unruly, and I was typically painting, trimming, or fixing something. The place needed two Heating as well as A/C systems to keep the part cool. It was awful. So I decided that I needed to sell it. The real estate agent wanted me to sink a bunch of money into the place. She wanted me to make it more airslim and get one, giant Heating as well as A/C device. I also needed to do a bunch of plumbing work and electrical stuff to pass code. Nope. I wanted to be done with that place. I had already wasted my money buying it in the first place. Why would I sink any more money than I needed to? So I made the option to look at money for house deals online. I found a Florida money client that takes real estate off your hands for a honorableprice. It was worth it to not be in such a big household anymore. I am glad to be in a smaller home.
